Our chefs follow a strict sustainability policy and Locally-sourced produce remains at the heart of affairs, with tender cuts of Cheshire beef, seasonal fresh vegetables and home grown herbs just a few of the tantalising ingredients gracing truly mouth-watering menus.

Homemade is our passion and in keeping with this we have our very own, newly Installed beehives which have provided the first crop of Belle Epoque Honey in 2016. We churn our own Ice-cream and our all our own butters. To ensure that each aspect of our food is the best it can be we even have a fully stocked organic herb garden which is in daily and hourly use as we want to know that every last ingredient is as local and homemade as possible.
